A new approach to the NHS

Doctors for reform report HERE on their recipe for NHS reform. I agree with their basic tenets, but I have some issues with some of the proposals: for instance Karol Sikora's ideas for new cancer treatment centres sounds more like an advertisement for his private venture than a helpful idea for health service reform.
